As of 13 Dec 2021 online reservations are required for consular services such as visa application, Korean passport application, notarization service, criminal records check application, etc. 

Call or email appointments are no longer accepted, visitors are required to book an appointment through Consular Services 24 website 365 Overseas Korean Portal==> Click.
